How to Manage Your Xfinity Email Settings – My Account Help
You can alter the email address where Xfinity alerts and posts are received on my account. Your email from comcast.net is generally your preferred default address, but your favorite email can be changed at any moment.

How to add an email address
Follow the following measures to add a private email address to your account:
Sign into My Account.
At the top of the page, click on the Users tab.
Choose the user for which an email address is to be added.
Click the Edit button next to Additional email in the Personal Contact Information area of the User page.
On the next page, press the Add Personal email address. (Note: if the user’s private address already exists, you can click on the “Remove” button and begin over).
Enter and re-enter your email address.
To validate your fresh email address, click Add email.
We’ll send a verification connection. Your email checklink will expire in 72 hours for your safety.
Note: Your email address will stay your preferred email address until you update the My Account environment.
Set your favorite email address
If you want to set a private email as your favorite address, you first have to add a second email address to your account using the above directions.
Subscribe to My Account.
On the top of the page, click on the Users tab.
Choose the user whose favorite email you want to modify.
Click the Edit key next to the Preferred email in the Personal Contact Informations section of the client page.
Click Prefer to set the email that is mentioned as your preferred email address. Next to your choice will appear a green “Preferred” indicator.
