The virus scan will not allow me to open attachments. What should I do?
E-mail attachments are verified to verify that a virus is not accidentally infected on your device prior to downloading. As viruses can be transmitted as an attachment, MSN recommends that you not open any Virus Scan attachment. If you do not think an attachment is infected, but MSN Virus Scan does not pass it, respond to the email and request the user to first use a zip compression program to pack the attachment before it is attached. Tip: Before you download your attachments, check e-mails come from a trusted source.
