Emails from recognized contacts will go to the Junk folder rather than your inbox.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Adjust the junk e-mail filter from the MSN Explorer to ensure that an e-mail does not miss.
- Sign in MSN Explorer. Sign in.
- Click the icon Mail & More.
- Click Help and Settings from the menu bar, then click E-mail Settings.
- Click on Junk E-mail Guard and press on the e-mail filter for Junk. Set your Junk Mail filter to Exclusive or Strong and press Save Changes.
